A buddy's truck had a split bench seat and four shops in town turned it down. I took it home, taught myself the patterns, and sewed it back together on a hand-me-down machine. It came out better than new — and I was hooked.
That stubborn streak became ThreadLine. I named it for the one thing every job comes down to: a single thread, following a single line, with nowhere to hide a mistake. Get that right and everything else follows.
These days the shop handles everything from concours-grade automotive interiors to lake boats, bikes and family heirlooms. The tools got better and the jobs got bigger — but every seat still gets sewn like it's going back in my own truck.
